Throughout her career as an engineering manager at Denso Manufacturing, Carolyn Seale of Cleveland, Tennessee, has established a proven record of increasing operational efficiency and reducing waste. She heads lean manufacturing activity across the company’s Athens, Tennessee campus, implementing lean concepts during the design phase of equipment specification. Additionally, Carolyn Seale is a facilitator for Kaizen circles campus-wide, helping teams establish and implement the safest and most efficient processes possible.
An expert in Toyota Production System (TPS) principles, Ms. Seale handles human resource development for all associate levels, in addition to setting annual targets related to productivity improvement, profit, and man-hours. Carolyn Seale attended the University of North Carolina at Asheville, where she graduated with a bachelor of science in industrial and engineering management.
